Our installation process is designed to be smooth and hassle-free:
- Site Assessment: Before delivery, we may conduct a site assessment (either in-person or via video call) to ensure the location is suitable for the hot tub, with proper access to water, electricity, and enough space.
- Delivery: On the day of the event, our team will deliver the hot tub to your specified location at a time convenient for you.
- Setup: Our experienced technicians will handle the entire setup, including positioning the hot tub, filling it with water, and connecting it to the power source. We’ll also test the system to ensure everything is functioning properly.
- Safety Briefing: Once installed, we’ll provide a quick safety briefing, including guidelines on hot tub usage and maintenance during the event.
- Pickup: After the event, our team will return to dismantle and remove the hot tub, leaving the space as we found it.

How far in advance should I book?
To ensure availability and allow us to accommodate your specific needs, we recommend booking as early as possible. Ideally:
- For Large Events (e.g., weddings, corporate events): 1 to 2 weeks in advance.
- For Smaller Events (e.g., private parties): 1 week in advance.
